Due diligence

Rysun Ventures carries out a thorough review of the company’s financials, market, competitive landscape, and other key metrics to determine if the investment is a good fit Typical window : Several weeks to a few months

Negotiations

If both parties agree to proceed, they negotiate the terms of the investment, including the amount, valuation, equity share, and other key terms. Typical window : 4~6 weeks .

Closing

Once the terms have been agreed upon, the investment is finalized and the funds are transferred. Typical window : 1~3 weeks
